Similarities and differences between Borderline and Histrionic Personality Disorders
Similarities: Borderline personality disorders and histrionic personality disorders have similarities with each other in regards to reactive & rapidly shifting emotions, very sturdy appearance of emotion and impulsive behavior. However, the degree of quality of these symptoms is different in HPD and BPD. It means that similarities are in regards to appearance but there are evident differences in the severity level.
Differences: It has already been stated that there are evident differences between HPD and BPD in regards to the level of severity of the symptoms which are commonly associated with the two disorders. For example, the rapidly shifting emotions are not of same intensity in HPD as being observed in BPD. There are some experts also who have denied accepting the fact that there are differences between HPD and BPD. HPD person is an attention seeking person; however, the person may be observed as lacking the genuineness, dramatic and overly reactive. On the other hand, BPD person may be found as less annoying and dramatic as well. They may appear as if seeking the attention; however, the level of intensity of emotions in them is more than HPD person. They are appealing and emotionally intense to inflame interest.
Factors that are not directly linked to the substance can still affect the drug addict
There are a few factors which are not the properties of the substance; however, can still impact the experience of someone. It means that even if someone is not intentional about using the substance, they can still be affected. One of such factors is the genetics. Genetics can impact in different forms such as the follows:

Incapability to feel the negative impacts of drugs
Responsiveness to drugs
Responsiveness to an addictive personality

Factors mentioned in bullet points indicate that people can genetically develop into the addictiveness to the drug.
Environment plays an important role in promoting the addictive behavior. Such environments can be found at homes where domestic violence is very common. People observing such cases may develop the mental illness. Mental illness is like a gateway to the drug addict. Those who grew up in homes where drug abuse is common can also be the addict to drugs. People may be influenced by neighbors by observing them buying or consuming the drug substances. Trauma is perhaps one of the major issues which cause the drug addict cases. Some people may find the surrounding environment as unsupportive or abusing. Such environments include but are not limited to like sexual abuse, physical arguments, verbal abuse, natural disasters, terrorism, accidents and negligence. At times, people exposed to such factors may find addiction to drugs as soothing resources for their distress.
Causes of ADHD in children and the kinds of treatments for treating ADHD in young people
Causes of ADHD in children: Three factors can mainly contribute to the development of ADHD in children such as genetics, development and environment. ADHD can stay in homes and influence the generations. Genes play an important role in children being dominated by ADHD. There are certain environmental factors like lead exposure which can also increase the risk of ADHD in children. A dysfunctional central nervous system can also be a reason for children getting affected from ADHD.
Treatments for treating ADHD in young people: Education is important. Family, friends, teachers and other groups should support young people with ADHD. Medication is another way where ADHD people are treated and observed from various perspectives such as the different interrelated systems in the body. Therapies like behavior therapy, Speech & Language Therapy (SLT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) can also be the effective moves. Parenting courses can also be a handful approach.
It is being found from reports that a combination of behavior therapy and medication can form the most effective mode of treating the ADHD people. The analysis does also indicate that ADHD with medication produces the most effective sort-term results.
Theory of mind and the explanation of social difficulties seen in children with autism spectrum disorders
Theory of mind: Theory of mind is an ability to judge the mental states in one and in others as well, in regards to beliefs, desires, intents, knowledge and emotions. There can be deficits in people with autism spectrum disorders.
Deficits in “Theory of mind” in children with autism: Autistic children do commonly have deficits in their capacity as the theory of mind. There can be many reasons that result in deficits in theory of mind. According to a social-affective justification, deficits occur from distortion in understanding and responding to emotions. It also explains that normal children are born with a set of qualities which help them to react and comprehend to other people’s feelings. Autistic children face difficulties at every stage of their life which eventually causes their growth. They are not like the normal children. In fact, children with a highly active theory of mind may possess the higher degree of social awareness and are equipped with skills to understand others better. They are adjustable to any environment and can effectively accommodate any group. On the other hand, autistic people are less responsive to different environments. Autistic children lack the capability to identify them and their purpose of being in the group and also the others around them.
Factors contributing to the onset and maintenance of erectile dysfunction
Factors: From the bio-psychosocial perspective, there are few factors which can effectively help to the onset and maintenance of erectile dysfunction. The first and foremost of the factors are the mutual understanding between partners. Normally, the problem starts appearing after the age of 40. It then depends majorly on the partners like how they react to the reality and find the ways to live happier. They need to be away with any sort of factors that cause distress. They rather need to have the passion for love, a caring nature and a mutual understanding between each other.
The next move will be to have an effective relationship with the doctor. Patients should never hide whatever the issue they experience. There should be a trustworthy relationship between the doctor and the patient. They should cooperate with each other by justifying their participation purposes in the mutual relationship. People on an onset of erectile dysfunction need to follow the advice of doctors, so that, effective communication is established and also that the healing process is attained. People with erectile dysfunction must have patience in them and give a longer time to their doctors, so that, healing is attained.
